What Lies Beneath
This collection of nine mixed media pieces, measuring 12 x 16 on canvas, come together as an exercise in composition. They explore combinations of colours, shapes, textures, and elements that represent the diversity of our environment using a combination of paint and collage.
Through what we see, the mind’s door opens. Now the light of the imagination creates a vision of the world that has so far been hidden. Beneath the surface of what we see lie the elements that make up the shape of our world.
